I have used the Ionic framework to build the Your Care Companion app which is an assessment tool used to keep up-to-date information on people’s well-being in care homes
I’m working on app with some requisites:
- full works offline
- large amount of data
- android & ios
when I created a signed apk the problem starts:
the SQLite DB have something like 60M of data.
the app have something like 8M.
with this size i can`t send it to Playstore
i’ve lost 4 hours trying to find something using the android expansion files but i didn’t found nothing about this.
someone know how i can do this?
I promise, if someone helps i’ll make a full tutorial about it in my free time

My first Ionic app is a swedish tourist app, Smålandsappen. It helps you find interesting locations in Småland, which lies in the southern part of Sweden. It still needs some polishing but it’s up and running on App Store and Google Play. Go check it out and let me know what you think.

Hello,
I am working on a new social network based on geolocation which name is Castr,
To sum up it is a service where you have geolocated informations.
Like twitter you can follow people, but in Castr you also can follow places.
Everything is marked with a location.
We are now in public beta and have published our ionic based application on the Apple store and on the Play store
Don’t hesitate to try it and to give me a feedback.
Cloaks is a fun and easy way to hide your secret images from snooping eyes.
You can download the app for FREE here: http://bit.ly/getcloaks
Or visit our website for more info: www.cloaksapp.com
When you Cloak an image, it is split into squares which are then randomized to camouflage the caption. You can select the number of squares, or “CloakSecurity,” by default or per image, from 4 (enough to guess) to 10,000 (you’re gonna need pretty good eyes to decode it!).
Multi-layer security - your images are not simply hidden in another location, but also manipulated in your photo album to become unrecognizable, and are protected by a 5-digit pass code lock that will be required of you any time you try to enter the app. Each image is Cloaked using a different algorithm.
Simple sharing - Because Cloaking an image does not change its file format, you can immediately share Cloaks with your friends using ex. WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook or Instagram.
Easy to use - Cloaks is designed to be quick and intuitive. Thay way, you can spend more time taking and sharing good pictures than worrying about how to protect them!
