I’m using ionic cli package command and although the build has status SUCCESS, when I launch the app on the device displays the correct splash screen but after that it shows APACHE CORDOVA logo and below that in a flashing green box says DEVICE IS READY.
The ipa produced is smaller than the one when was it working properly.
Yesterday I was creating successful builds with the same app and same profile as I am using now.

I too am having the exact same issue as above. I found the issue today, but my last successful build was on Sep. 22.

Same problem here…
ionic package build ends with “success”, but if i download the ipa, the file is about 50% smaller as usually and i only can see this Apache Cordova Logo after the splash-screen…

We are facing exactly this same problem from yesterday 
We have same problem, it’s very critic!
We started suffering this problem on Sep. 30.
The ipa file is missing all files in ios/www.
We cheched it is already working again.
