Any tools or any bridge to connect windows to mac and build ipa file.

any one have solution for that please describe whole process or any url link.
Please help me.

You could look into Ionic Package or Phonegap Build.
Also there are multiple services offering Mac hosted in the cloud you can access from your Windows PC.
