Webview below 20px under the toobar (inappbrowser and Themeablebrowser)

Hello,

Inappbrowser Native and Themeablebrowser native.

With iOS 11, webview below 20px under the toobar (see attachment).
With iOS 10, no problem.

Here is a global solution after several tests.
I update CDVThemeableBrowser.m
