I just get introduced to ionic framework and I really like it !
My concern is : Can I build a mobile web site with ionic ? I don’t need a acces to any native API in this case.
My goal is to build a signup page then we could reuse it for both iOS and Android native application.

Yes. Ionic does not require Cordova or PhoneGap in order to work. In my experience, Ionic provides a native feel even when navigating to a website build with it on the phone’s web browser.
