Swipe to go back not working? Works in ionic view but not in the api?

Please help!

Updated my ionic build to latest Ionic version: 1.0.0-rc.4 (released 2015-04-20), and in ionic view swipe to go back works great. However when I build in phonegap (build.phonegap.com) and load the API on my iPhone, swipe doesn’t work?

Any ideas?
