Ionic View Not Updating IOS

Hi

I’m using Ionic view to test my application. I have typed the public code onto 5 phones (3 android, 2 iphone), and the app downloads properly.

However, when I update the app and deploy it to the public channel via the dashboard, only the android phones update.

I shake the phone, click on exit, click on the app again, but nothing happens. It happens on both the iphones (iphone 5 and 6) I have tested.

So far the quickest workaround I have found is to remove the app from ionic view and re-enter the app id.

Anyone have a solution to this problem?

Same problem here. Samsung galaxy S8 updating fine, iPhone 6 never updates. No solution found except for what you mentioned

Same problem. It’s not good that users need to manually re enter appid.
