Ionic + ubuntu touch

Hey guys I really like what you did and your dedication to making hybrid app development as easy as possible. I’m thinking about doing an app for devices running ubuntu touch (not many) just for fun.

While cordova does have support for ubuntu touch I was just wondering if ionic would work well with it? And if perhaps you’ve tried it before ?

I don’t think we’ve tested on ubuntu touch. Not that we don’t want to, just because none of us had a device. If you have a device with Ubuntu touch, give it a shot, though I’m not sure what they use for a webview, which is the main thing to worry about.

If it’s webkit-based, you should be fine
