Ionic.Platform.fullscreen() adds blank space at bottom

Hi,
When I use ionic.Platform.fullscreen() on IOS I see a blank space on bottom with about 20px.
If I don’t use ionic.Platform.fullscreen() I see that same space on the top.

Any idea on making this actually fullscreen?
