Ionic.io push to IOS not reliable?

Hi all,

I noticed calling ionic.io push to my ios app (not in appstore) yet is not very consistent. Sending out 5 pushes, will miss out 1 or 2. Sometimes there’s delays, means it can be very fast or it can be as slow as 2 - 3 minutes delay.

Is there any SLA guaranteed for the push notification (even with the free account)?

Me also facing the same problem. I am missing out some notifications in android also.
