I wanted to know how reliable is the Ionic Cloud Push notification. I triggered a push notification, but some of iOS devices have not received the notifications. I tried to send manually the devices and it worked well.

Ionic Cloud Push uses Apple and Android services in the background (naturally). These services don’t offer any promises on deliverability as there are many moving parts involved. Generally I would guess you can achieve a 95 to 99% success rate, depending on your install base. (Newer devices used in WIFI environments having your app open all the time are the sweet spot)
