What are the minimum android and ios version for IONIC 3.0?
Android and iOS minimum version are not really defined by Ionic, but by the Cordova platform versions you are using. For the current versions it is Android 4.1 and iOS 9 I think. (Ionic will only work on Android 4.1 - 4.3 with Crosswalk though)
