Hi,
I run the app emulator(and real device) android 4.3 white screen
but android 5 is run
Did you solve it

For Android < 4.4. it is recommended (required?) to use crosswalk to get it to work as the older browser donā€™t supported needed functionality for Ionic to run.

I installed crosswalk after splash screen wait all android version(before installed crosswalk run android 5 >)

Is there HTML?

That doesnā€™t just happen. You did something or changed something.

As always:
Post your ionic info.
Run npm install in your project.

Iā€™m uninstall node.js and reinstall is OK.
Iā€™m new project and open developer inspector.But html is OK.But not show.
Can I upload github?

Your emulator is broken. Just use the ones from Android Studio ffs.
