Youtube embedded video is playing with no sound for iOS build

I embedded a youtube video in a page and build an android & iOS app for the same. I installed the app in respective devices and before opening them, I put the phones on silent mode. Now when I open the app in Android and play the video, it is working fine but if I open the same in my iPhone 6s, the video plays with no sound and I don’t see any volume controls…
Can anyone help me with this issue?
