Unable to fetch json which contains UTF-8 char

Hi, I am unable to get data from http://www.examsbook.com/hi/wp-json/posts?filter[post_status]=publish&filter[cat]=6&filter[posts_per_page]=10&page=1&filter[orderby]=date&filter[order]=desc
This returns json data. but ionic gives this error. Any solutions ?
