How to display unicode when parse data from json in ionic

I’m using ionic cordova to parse data from json, but when i get data and display on screen, it seem have the problem about unicode…
for example:
" Xin vui lòng lựa chọn đáp án đúng"

So, How to display unicode when parse data from json in ionic? I’m using visual studio code tool

Please post a minimal complete reproduction case. I have many Ionic apps using Japanese text without problem.
