Src/declarations.d.ts file has been delete

I’m learning to build the beacon Application following this Video so as the 8:50 minutes,
I have to declare some variable in src/declarations.d.ts file.
but in ionic 3.3.0 they remove this file.
So how can I do . (T-T) plss help me … Thank you
