Should I use Ionic v4 Alpha for a new project?

Hi, I’m about to start a new project that should take about 10 weeks.
It’s a mobile app and I’m planning to stick with Ionic/Angular.
What would be the best approach, to start the project using Ionic 4 Alpha or start with Ionic 3 and when v4 is stable do the migration?

I have a similar situation, what do you recommend?

Definitely start with v3. Migration will be simple, and their is no ETA for v4 yet.
