Can’t see any useful options in the ion-textarea to make it fill it’s parent container. I’d like to create a form and make the textarea occupy it’s parent fully.
I won’t bother writing any code to demonstrate this, because (spoiler) it doesn’t work.
Is that a challenge?

Looking great on your side. But again, when I try to build that in my app with Ionic 7, I get very different results. So I think the take away as you suggested in one of your other messages is it may not be the best idea to try and force Ionic components too much. The result is clearly going to be a maintnenace headache! Perhaps I’ll just half-ass this one using the rows property! Thanks heaps!!
No prob! Have you thought about upgrading to Ionic 8?
Yeah, that seems like a must do! Removes a fairly large element of the unknown. Let’s see if things are easier after that?!
