I’m at wits end here. We have a production app in the iOS App Store as well as Android. We’ve built it using Ionic and our experience has been awesome and pretty pain free so far. I realise that this could either be Ionic, or Cordova or Apple, so I’m looking for some ideas.
Today I had a call from my client saying that the app is ‘crashing’ on his iPhone.
I’ve tested the app on Android and it runs fine, but on iOS it closes as soon as the splash screen shows. This is a huge issue for us, as we have a few thousand users who can now potentially not use the app. App was working perfectly until yesterday. This happens on iOS 8.3 and 8.4 so far. I’m sure older versions also have issues.
Has anyone seen something like this happen before? Nothing has changed on our side and this version has been running for a few weeks.
