Is there a tool or technic available to make an app created for Andoid work under IOS? The app is created with MIT AI2 - App Inventor 2.
No, Capacitor is for creating multi platform (iOS, Android, electron, web) apps with the same code base, using web technologies (html, css, javascript).
As far as I know, what you want doesn’t exists, there is no way of converting Android apps to iOS.
