Livereload won't work [newbie]

Hey

I run
ionic emulate android --livereload --consolelogs --serverlogs
and when the app starts it shows an error dialog:

There was a network error. (http://192.168.0.177:8100)"

192.168.0.177 is the IP of my computer, and it is accessible from the emulator.

What could be the problem?

This is an unmodified tab app template.
