Issue with hide-nav-bar="true" when transitioning between views

Hi,

I have a problem when transitioning from the view with hidden nav bar to the view, which should have nav bar. The problem is that nav bar shown up on the view before transition starts. See the picture: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8cvpn38wo1qtcpt/Screenshot_2015-06-10-10-13-06.png?dl=0

Some of the problems like jumping content when transitioning between views I fixed using this workaround:

Any ideas how I can fix this?
