Ionic4 not working on android 5.0

I KNOW THIS IS AN OLD ISSUE, BUT I STILL ENCOUNTER THIS PROBLEM OF IONIC NOT WORKING PROPERLY ON ANDROID 5.0

CAN SOMEONE SHARE THE STABLE VERSION OF IONIC IN WHICH THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED? THANKS!

I did’t face any issue

I already downgraded my version to 4.12.0 but still have this issue
