Ionic Upload Problem!

Hi,
i have a big problem with the command ionic upload,until two days ago everything worked well
Now when i write the command the prompt print this:

Uploading app…
Forbidden Upload (403) (CLI v 1.3.22)

Your system information:

OS: Windows 7 SP1
Node Version: v0.12.2
Cordova CLI: 5.0.0
Ionic Version: 1.0.0-rc.5
Ionic CLI Version: 1.3.22

I never got this problem

I found something that could be useful:

Receiving a 403 response is the server telling you, “I’m sorry. I know who you are–I believe who you say you are–but you just don’t have permission to access this resource. Maybe if you ask the system administrator nicely, you’ll get permission. But please don’t bother me again until your predicament changes.”

I don’t use windows but have you tried to run the command using adm privileges?

Getting the same error since this morning. I was able to successfully upload last night.
Tried ionic login and it failed as well (Email of Password incorrect) although I can log in to https://apps.ionic.io with the same email/password.

I updated ionic CLI today to 1.4.1. Same Error.
