Ionic serve spawn cmd ENOENT

Hi everyone.

I have a problem. After ‘ionic setup sass’ . ‘ionic serve’ is broken. This is error:

**An uncaught exception occured and has been reported to Ionic
spawn cmd ENOENT (CLI v1.5.5)
**

I don’t known why. please help me fix it.

i tried uninstalling node and reinstalling ionic but nothing
