Sorry about the link bait title but I’ve just started a new project after finishing another and noticed that running an Ionic app on the device with live reload causes an error on the device “the connection to the server was unsuccessful”.
Steps to reproduce
ionic start myapp tabs
cd myapp
ionic state restore
ionic platform add android
ionic run android --livereload
I have not tested this on iOS yet.
My system information:
Cordova CLI: 5.1.1
Gulp version: CLI version 3.9.0
Gulp local: Local version 3.9.0
Ionic Version: 1.0.1
Ionic CLI Version: 1.6.4
Ionic App Lib Version: 0.3.8
OS: Windows 8.1
