Ionic cordova resources --force not working

On add android/iOS platform or run ionic cordova resources --force this not is completed, always continue stopped in Generating platform resources step.

I verify that and in same times this generate 503 error on api call (https://res.ionic.io/api/v1/transform).

I check the ionic status (https://status.ionicframework.com/) but in there, all system is normal operational.

EDIT

My ionic -v is CLI PRO 4.0.1

Anyone with this problem? Suggestions?

I’m having the same issue and it seemed to start when I upgraded the CLI from 3.20.0 to 4.0.1, before it worked fine. I’ve tried using the --force command, doesn’t help. The ionic resources process still gets stuck or stalls on “Generating platform resources:

Retreat! Retreat!
I ran npm i -g ionic@3.20.0 then ionic resources <platform> --force and it’s generating icons and splash now… nice and fast, I might add.

For what it’s worth, my splash.png file is about 9mb at 2732x2732 and icon.png is 100k at 1024x1024. And ionic info:
