Ionic 3 Hotspot start failed

Hi,
I created an ionic 3 app which turns wifi hotspot on/off.
I’m using ionic native hotspot plugin hotspot.
My app working fine with “Micromax Q338” - android version 5.1,
but don’t working with “Samsung galaxy j3 prv” - android version 7.0

Had anyone faced with such issue?
Any solutions about this?
