Ionic 3 android app while debugging using chrome device inspect shows white screen

I have created an application using ionic 3 for android device and while debugging using chrome inspect it shows a white screen. below is the screenshot for reference. I am able install the app and it works but need to do some more testing. I am not able to get the chrome inspect working, can anyone help me with this
