Implications of deprecated warnings for inflight, rimraf and glob

When I started a project with ionic start with Angular NgModules I get the below warnings.

environment:
node 20.19.3
Angular 17.3.8
ionic 7.2.1

npm WARN deprecated inflight@1.0.6: This module is not supported, and leaks memory. Do not use it. Check out lru-cache if you want a good and tested way to coalesce async requests by a key value, which is much more comprehensive and powerful.

npm WARN deprecated rimraf@3.0.2: Rimraf versions prior to v4 are no longer supported

npm WARN deprecated glob@7.2.3: Glob versions prior to v9 are no longer supported

What are the implications?
It is suggesting not to use inflight. I am not sure how to do that?

for rimraf and glob: Is it that I need to upgrade to the suggested versions locally for this project or globally(considering I have other MEAN stack projects on my laptop).
