How to import function from the cordova plugin?

I want to use this Cordova plugin but still unable to import the function into the ts

I have tried the command
cordova plugin add git://github.com/anilbhanushali/cordovaPluginTscPrinter
and
ionic cordova plugin add git://github.com/anilbhanushali/cordovaPluginTscPrinter

anyone can help me to provide the link to use this plugin ?
