How to create expandable toolbar in footer?

Hello,

I want to create an expandable toolbar in the footer which contains some buttons (with icons only).
When user clicks on more options, toolbar slides up and shows more buttons
The content part should be adjusted accordingly.

Can anyone know what is best approach to do it?
