How to create dynamic posts (news feed)

Hy!

I want to create an app where users have a news feed, like on facebook.
How can I manage dynamic posts, ex. one with 2 pictures, one with none, few words, long stories. Is it possible? If yes, can anybody give me some links/tutorials.
