How do I configure Putty, SSH client, to connect to the AppFlow server?
e.g. what is the IP address of the server?

Open the PuTTY Configuration windows, Enter the IP address or username of the Appflow server in the Hostname section. Select the connection type to SSH. After this click on Open to start the connection. Enter the username and password when prompted.
