Can't launch my app on my device

Hi!

First, sorry for my english, i’m french and i will do my best for explain my problem!
It’s the first time i use ionic and i’ve problem when i write the command line: ionic run.

I’m on windows 7, cordova 5.1.1, node 0.10.25

The error says “connection timed out” so I’d say just try again.

I’ve try many times but i’ve the same error everytime…
Maybe is a problem of proxy with ionic, how can i show if the proxy is configured on ionic?

I fixe the problem, i’ve download gradle and i placed i’m on my localhost server, but i’ve a antoher problem…
