Can we use react-native-iap with ionic/angular project?

I have used in-app-purchase-2, and it’s unstable with iOS, it may work fine but when you purchase the app on the store it’s will not work! which is hard to debug.

I search on npm for other plugin and found react-native-iap, it have more weekly downloads
react-native-iap - npm (23,445 weekly download)

@ionic-native/in-app-purchase-2 - npm (only 4,627 weekly download)

So can we used on ionic/angular project ?
