Can anyone build my Windows Phone app?

Hey there,
I made an app with ionic and already builded iOS and Android. Unfortunately I can’t build the Windows Phone app because I have no windows Computer. Can somebody help me out?

This might be of help. Adobe can build for you but it might take a little bit of configuration. It’s worth a shot though!
