I am trying to check the reason for my Apps sluggish feel. I am using the web browser and the inspection tool with Network option.
As you can see from the image, there is some delays in loading various images and js files.
Am I correct in understanding this is the correct tool to evaluate the App performance?
And
You have throttling set to Slow 4G 
Loading local assets should only take a few milliseconds if you have your throttling turned to “No throttling”.

Thanks, I have sped up, but is there any tool which can help me optimise the app a little further?
The Performance tab in DevTools might be helpful.
