Is that possible to make a 3D Android game by ionic framework??

No, it’s not worth it. Unity is great for making 3D Android games if you know C++, and there are ways to turn WebGL apps into mobile apps if you want to stick to JS.

Does unity works on C++ or C#? Actually this was the issue I am facing, I know C++ but can’t go with unity as it uses C# or JS.
