300ms delay issue

Can anybody confirm that ionic2 has not solved the 300ms delay issue so far?

Ionic Version: 2.0.0-alpha.42
Ionic CLI Version: 2.0.0-alpha.25
Ionic App Lib Version: 2.0.0-alpha.24

Ionic2 does fix any tap delay issues.
