Zip align does not work

Okay, so i am trying to zip align my app, before i can upload it to the play store. I followed all the steps and am running the zip align command in the apk directory of my app. Here is the command I’m running:

Users/xxx/Library/Android/sdk/build-tools/23.0.2/zipalign zipalign -v 4 android-release-unsigned.apk eitc.apk

And this is the output i am getting:

Zip alignment utility
Copyright © 2009 The Android Open Source Project

Usage: zipalign [-f] [-p] [-v] [-z] infile.zip outfile.zip
zipalign -c [-v] infile.zip

: alignment in bytes, e.g. ‘4’ provides 32-bit alignment
-c: check alignment only (does not modify file)
-f: overwrite existing outfile.zip
-p: page align stored shared object files
-v: verbose output
-z: recompress using Zopfli

I think you dont need the zipalign after 23.0.2. So your command should be like;

Users/xxx/Library/Android/sdk/build-tools/23.0.2/ zipalign -v 4 android-release-unsigned.apk eitc.apk
