can anyone tell me How to start on it…?

Hi there, so there’s some confusion.
With ionic, we don’t support windows 8.1 at all. It’s a rather old webview (think IE8).
But the windows components that you’ve probably seen are for Ionic 2 and windows 10, which we just released in ionic2-beta 3
