I feel stupid asking this but anyway here it is:
You can use iconic to build hybrid mobile apps for android and ios with lots of cool html based components. Does this mean you can use it for mobile webapps too? So I can create three versions, web, ios and android with one project?
We did something like that, but there are issues in mobileIE and non-mobile IE.
All in all it is a MOBILE hybrid app framework - so you get only support for mobile devices.
Another point is… the app stores do no like apps as a “website” container.
Apps should be done something more/special.
If not you can create a responsive website instead.

Great thanks for the info. At least if an app is rejected from the store for whatever reason you can still distribute your work through the web if needed.
