Itās still under a lot of active development and in the next week Iām going to be pushing out some big performance updates. I donāt have an iOS Developer License yet, so I havenāt been able to put that out, but Iām getting some help from the university.
Ionic has been pretty amazing in general. Weāve run into some strange performance issues on older and weaker Android devices and some really strange UX issues on iOS 6.

Most importantely, it was quite fun doing it ā¦i love the framework. This is the first release of the app, i really had no knowledge of angularjs or even web development best practices. Learned a lot and this is just the start!

An app for my parents retirement party which made it easy for guests to share photos with my Dad by automatically uploading them when on a wifi connection.
An app for keeping track of your car(s) location as well as other documents (insurance etc) and other general car related tasks! This was developed as a demo app for a client.
A series of mobile/tablet apps that provide a portal for investment company clients as well as investment company employees. The former to access personal investment information and the latter to provide staff with forms and communications for client meetings.
A mobile app to allow a babysitting company in London communicate directly with their āfleetā of babysitters. It allows them to update their own details, accept jobs as well as update when theyāre available. It uses push notifications and in app chat to greatly reduce the cost in communications. Previously this was done via text messages! The newest feature has been to implement the newly released Uber job request API. This was tested for the first time on Wednesday. This means the company can very easily provide taxi rides for sitters who finish jobs later in the evening (the sitters tap a button in the app and the taxi is booked for them).
It has been a bit of a learning curve, (mainly due to AngularJs being completely foreign to me when I started), but Ionic Framework is an exceptional platform for mobile development.
