Yes it is a similar issue but the fix doesnt work in my project. Im using blank template, but I have a lot of code on top.

in my case firewall was a problem, it block internal connections
Mine does this until I actually open a browser and navigate to http://localhost:8100. Once I do that, the INFO messages stop and the app displays in the browser.
