Visual Studio Code not showing code hints

Hi, I asked a question in StackOverflow about Visual Studio Code issue.
I want to see code hints when intellisence suggests but see nothing.

Please somebody answer this question if you know how to turn it on.

Do you have TSLint VSCode extension installed or enabled (if already installed) ?

Yes I installed them after seeing your reply but seems not working. Are TSLint and VSCode for code hint??

This is the list of extensions I used in VSCode.

And I updated my VSCode to latest version 1.7.1. And now VSCode gives me hints like IntelliSense.
