URL blocked by whitelist

I have problems with the whitelist, in my debugging tells me blocked by URL whitelist: https: mired.exampler.com/6655/343332 and add my cong.xml but I still get the same answer.

When do I add something to devo config.xml platform Androidy remove then re-add it?

A recent update to Cordova moved whitelist into a plugin. Just search for Cordova whitelist plugin and you’re good.
