Unable to use IONIC CLI to create pages etc

since the last upgrade i am now unable to use ionic cli to create new pages in my project

i get the following

You have to install some dev dependencies to use the new CLI.

Thank you it’s working now. The compiler is super slow though any ideas in what I can try?
