Unable to Access Ionic Dashboard

Hello dear Ionic community,

I’m facing issue about Ionic’s dashboard. I had account on Ionic then I deleted my account few months ago. I created new account one or two weeks ago. After I sign-up I can’t access dashboard via my Mac’s or iPhone’s Safari with any network. I just can only access via Chrome. Anyone facing this issue too? I’m getting blank screen after preload indicators.

Software Versions

Safari Version 14.1.1 (16611.2.7.1.4)
macOS Version 11.4 (20F71)
iOS 14.6 (18F72)

Hello there @kaganergovan! Sorry to hear that you’re having issues. It seems you’ve also opened a help desk ticket as well, which we will respond to as well. It seems that you have a content/ad blocker enabled which is blocking some tools we use on the Ionic Dashboard. Either disable the blocker, or add Ionic to the Allow List.

Problem resolved by Ionic team. Also thanks for suggestion too.
